Purpose of the processing

Authorized personnel may have access to the data, if provided for by the Data Controller, pursuant to the provisions of the art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679, in this case the updated list of authorized persons can be requested from the Data Controller.
Intention of the Data Controller to transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organisation
The personal data processed here are not transferred to third countries or international organisations.
Rights of interested parties
Interested parties have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing. To exercise this right through an explicit request to the Data Controller. It is specified that no automated data processing, including profiling, is envisaged.
Right to complain
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by the art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
